	Credits file manpages-nl package

        Translations:
        ------------

All pages (at present time, 15-Jan-2001) are translated by: Jos Boersema,
<joshb@xs4all.nl>, ( http://www.xs4all.nl/~joshb/ ) (765 kB, 110.5 pages). If
someone else wants a shot at it, let me know!

Input and some language reviewing from Joost van Baal
<joostv-manpages-nl-2398@mdcc.cx> ( http://mdcc.cx/ ) made (is making!) the
content a LOT better.

	Other:
	------

Thanks to the CVS account offered by nl.linux.org (thanks Maarten van
Steenbergen <maarten@nl.linux.org>) and Egon Willighagen <egonw@sci.kun.nl>
the translation found a good/findable home on the I'net.
Thanks to Joost van Baal for packaging the manpages both in GNU-tarball
form and Debian-package.

	Short history:
	--------------

The translation started on 6 nov 2000 with the translation of system calls
(exit.2), for the sake of learning assembly programming.
Someone on nl.linux.org asked how they should be installed, so man(1) and
manpath(1) got translated. From there it was a small step to start
translating any basic Unix command a new user would likely use on his
first day/week (on the console). Well, the rest follows suit.
